Health is your greatest wealth

 

You won't totally understand that statement until you feel you're at the grips of losing it.

 

And I think we've all had a moment of praying or negotiating with the powers that be that we will do such and such to get our health back.

Then you got your health, but followed the same rules you were taught about health and still not feeling the energy, fulfillment and happiness in your life. 

 

I'm here to not only give you transformative habits, which by the way you already I'm sure know, but haven't quite inhabited them in the way given a different context.

I'm also here to give you some new rules of health interspersed with your monthly habit. Well, they aren't new, they're actually ancient like plants, our first inhabitants. 

 

You'll also remember who you are in the process. I won't tell you anything you already don't know but yet have not applied consistently enough to let it change you in a way you desire to feel. 

 

It's the things I've been now able to articulate in my own experience, studies, teaching and coaching.. all wrapped up here for you.

And do you know why you go through your day then at the end feel like you didn't do a darn thing? 

How frustrating is that? 

No feeling frustrated.

No more guilt trips.

These all drain precious energy you're giving away. 

Once I got committed to myself and made simple adjustments I got into congruency with my soul, who I really am, was and ever will be. 

 

That I let go of needing to do the habit perfectly and realizing this is a practice not one and done.

 

What I also want you to know is that it is isn't really about your health, I mean the food you choose each day and the salads and all those food rules and fads. 

 

 

It is about your soul. 

 

It is about seeing your body as energy because it is.

 

Your soul is energy. 

 

And you my dear is the energy of love.

 

That what you decide to feed your senses will affect how you will feel physically. 

 

Or the choices you make will deplete your energy or give you energy. 

 

So for the most of what we know about health has been about the food pyramid. That was our standard.

 

But what if our standard was..

 

How much love will I put in my body today, give to myself so that I am overflowing to give that love as a natural oozing from me? 

 

Resentments drop off because you're in overflow. 

 

How much presence will I give to each moment? 

 

Well that's why I created this very simple monthly habit subscription. To give you space to digest an idea then inhabit the health giving habit.

It’s all an excuse.

 

To avoid what your soul really wants for you. 

 

Did I just hit a hot button for you? 

When I got that, it was like whoa. It switched for me. I didn't struggle and make it about my health more than about I require to have energy, vitality, clear mind... so that I can let my purpose get revealed to me .. so that I can live my sacred work.. so that I can enjoy life. 

 

Then health becomes not a thing but. responsibility you have to your sacred work, to your family, children, pets, whatever.. to you.

 

You get how you've made the kale the distraction? Kale is kale. 

 

Kale is not the problem. 

 

You're not knowing why you need health bad enough is. It doesn't become urgent until it does. 

Let's not wait for that time. 

 

We're in this together and it is my soul's work to help you remember who you are, how to take care of your body, how to make the practice the practice and not end all be all linear living. 

 

Because you my dear are far from linear. You're a different person every day. 

If I didn’t know what was going on in my body, then how can someone else?" was my reasoning to not go see a doctor.

 

I had some strange symptoms for being a "healthy" person. I searched and found Ayurveda and my future teacher. 

 

That day it seemed so simple what she told me about my constitution and what was happening that what that day did was give me an awareness and 3 hours of Ayurvedic therapy— which was a total loving up on me to get me grounded, nourished and loved. 

 

The love I didn’t know how to give myself. I started learning about body love, foods and my soul. ALL of it! 

 

I studied Ayurveda then went out into the real world. You think it got easier but it didn’t. A whole can of worms opened as I was learning about my body. 

 

I suffered at the time I didn’t know, fibromyalgia. I was scared. It hurt when someone touched me and myself. It felt like I was dragging my body around. Brain fog. Tired. Beyond tired. A tired I never experienced. 

  

And my body was purging for what seemed like a lifetime of toxins. 

I started taking everything I learned and doing some deep listening, removing people from my life and aligning my habits with what I was and wanted. 

It occurred to me, my health needed a purpose.

 

 

I thought I had pretty good habits. Disciplined. Did the "right" things for my health. 

 

I had a  very limited view of what health was. I had zero knowledge that my constitution was different than the person next to me. 

 

I didn't know my body and my soul had a blueprint. 

 

I didn't know the habits I was embodying weren't the habits that created health in the long run. 

I was becoming a different person. I needed new habits.

 

And I was on the treadmill of always seeing something wrong with me even when I thought I was doing the "right" things for my health and well-being.

 

I’m here to tell you, there isn’t anything wrong with you. Doctors are trained to look for problems. We picked that thinking up. 

 

You are perfect as you are and any issues going on are sign posts to make corrections ---- HABITS!---  to get into alignment with your soul, your purpose.

 

It wasn’t any big thing that changed the way I got my vitality back, which by the way is health.
